“I have learned that this is rather best run Sam's club in the greater St Louis area. I have tried several others, and you can tell the management is lacking. I was there today and was really impressed that they were restocking on a Saturday morning at 11 am. I have always found the items I want here, whereas I may not see that at another location. “Ever since this gas station was bought by Mark, several years ago, and is no longer Blondins, it is absolutely fantastic. This place is spic and span. The employees are very kind and very helpful. Gas prices usually run 20 cents cheaper than if you go to town. They make pizzas to order and they very good and reasonably priced. Thank you Mark for buying this place, it really makes a difference to all of us that live around here.”
“I pulled into the station because I got a warning that my tire pressure was low. I went inside and asked if someone could help me with it. I didn't know it cost $.75. I had no cash on me and their card machines don't give back cash. Brice, the clerk, gave me the $.75 out of his own pocket and put the air in my tires for me. That was a wonderful gesture and I will pay it forward.”

“Final update: I spoke with the district manager and met with the manager. They both were polite and apologetic. I have been made whole. Thanks to the staff and all I have spoken with.My wife has purchased gas and used the car wash for at least five years without issue. I purchase fuel and may use the car wash again.Update: About a week ago I call them (again) and spoke to a polite young man and he said he wasn't the person that handle these issues but he would forward the message to the proper person. Guess what? NO call. NO resolution. The person that I did talk to said they do have a procedure to handle these cases.This review is regarding the car wash only. I went thru the wash 10/12/23 and the brush that covered the rear of the auto ripped the windshield wiper blade off and damaged the windshield wiper arm resulting in having to replace them both at a cost of over $54.00. It has previously done the same to my wife's car.”

Staff are professional and friendly, service is always quick. $0.60 slushes with Cardinals getting six runs or above are what I get the most often and are a major selling point.On The Runs in general are often miles better than other convenience stores in the area because of their clean tiling and bright lighting.”

Customer service rep Sierra averted a catastrophe for me when she disassembled the cabinet and got my credit card out of the bottom of the machine. Company should look at the cracks around the scanner table to prevent cards, being dropped and falling down into the cabinet. Otherwise wonderful experience.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR GAS PRICES!Lowest gas prices in town amidst the high gas prices! Fill my tank up here every chance I get, not too far from my house, so not entirely out of the way either, but also not the closest to my house either. Great service, friendly workers, and car wash does pretty good job as well. Go here over any gas station for sure. Also if you download “GetUpside” app, you can get up to 20 cents back per gallon, (I work for Uber) anyone can use the app! (It shows deals all over town where ever you are)”

“Another update. Currently 6:13 am, we moved over a time zone so it feels like 7:13 am. I have been awake for 25 hours. This gas station is 1-star better than the last. Much much more reasonable prices, and the toilet paper in the big stall wasn’t empty. Downside: cleanliness. Feels kinda gross in here. But I’ve always been a fan of QT and their layout and variety of option”

“Great gas station and always clean and always fast to get in and out of. Cashiers are nice and helpful and they like to send you off with a decent experience when you’re due for a fill up and a snack! I use this gas station several times a week for things from my morning coffee to milk if I need it in the evening and am too tired to head to a full grocery store. All in all this is as close to a QT experience you will get without having to go to QT itself!”

“I have had one encounter with a worker that wasn't pleasant. Other than a few that has worked there, the other ones have treated you like family. They tried to have small talk or to just talking in general to get to know the people they were serving I would've given 5/5 but I didn't want that person to lose their job because I know how people need their jobs and you never know what people are going through. I do wish that person the best and I hope that person knows I'm praying for them. For their life to change or just a have a small victory in their life that could change them forever.”

“They don't ask for your ID when you buy cigs, which is great for me. Biggest downside is that they are slow when it gets busy, although rare. One of the cash registers always seems busted too, but that's typical Thoele.”

“I was traveling from Saint Clair, MO to O'Fallon, MO and developed a flat tire which I pulled over to look at in New Melle. My little emergency compressor would not fill the tire more than 10 pounds so I stopped in at New Melle Automotive. The Owner changed my tire for me EVEN though he had a truck in the bay he needed to use that could not be moved. I offered to wait, but Eric took pity on me, I guess, and changed my tire. This allowed me to get to my destination safely. Eric and Jan Muskopf are the owners/operators here and today they were my angels. The charge for the service was minimal and I gave them double because I was otherwise stranded. Thank you, Eric!!”
