“Customer service was excellent - all the employees there are always very informative and friendly. I have used them several times since 2024 - to replace brakes, state inspections and to repair flat tire. Each visit/appointment, I chose to wait while they worked on my vehicle and each time they kept me well informed and work was completed in a timely manner. The cost for all work and parts was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

“We could not be happier with our experience at Clement. Don't let other dealerships or reviews scare you with fearmongering. As with anything, be prepared, do your research, compare prices, and ask questions- lots of them. Then, make your decision on where to shop. Clement was the only dealership we worked with that was completely transparent with their out the door pricing from day one. All of the other dealerships we contacted only wanted to tell us why their dealership was better and how Clement was trying to pull one over on us, which they did not. Not one of the other dealerships gave me an out the door bid via email. Not one, and I contacted a lot of dealerships. They had a hard time dealing with the fact that Clement's pricing could be lower than them, so they tried fear instead to make us think we needed to switch dealerships. I sent many, many emails in my researching to Stephanie, the internet manager at Clement, and she answered every single question I had. In total, we had 42 emails sent between the two of us. That is dedication (and patience on her end for a very inquisitive, and probably annoying, customer). Based on the out the door price and Stephanie's dedication, we decided to give Clement a shot, and test drove a Hyundai Tucson hybrid. We met Raleigh at the showroom for our appointment. Raleigh was courteous and helpful in getting the process started and taking us for our test drive. When negotiating for our trade-in, the numbers unfortunately didn't work out for us based on what they offered. So we decided to keep our car and take it to Carmax to maximize our trade instead. Raleigh actually was very encouraging about this decision and hoped that we would get a better deal that way. There was no pressure or negativity around this decision on Clement's end, and we all moved on. They also were very transparent with a $400 graduate incentive that I qualified for. It turned out that if we took the incentive we would lose money since we had excellent credit and qualified for a better rate than the standard rate, which this incentive required you to use. They could have been dishonest about this and changed our rate without telling us, but they didnt. They were upfront about it and explained why we shouldn't take the offer. After meeting with Bryce, who was also great to work with in the finance office, and negotiating our warranty, we were on our way. We appreciated Bryce's willingness to negotiate to better fit our budget. In total, we spent about 3.5 hours at the dealership. Not bad at all.
So remember folks, do you research, ask questions, and look at the evidence. You might just find a great deal!”

“My family lived in Wentzville, MO, in July 2017. Being new in town is a challenge, as it's essential to get to know the area, including schools, hospitals, post office, utility services, and grocery stores, as well as the best route to take to work. However, when it comes to finding a good mechanic shop to bring your car in for service, where is the best one to choose? We found Fred’s Complete Car Care in Wentzville. They have been repairing our vehicles since 2017, from simple maintenance like oil change to major repairs. We have a 2010 Nissan Altima and a 2009 Nissan Quest minivan. They kept our car running to the point that we haven't had to purchase a new one. Each time we brought our car in, they fixed it. So there is no need to buy a new one. I wanted to purchase a new one, but the old van is still going. These guys are good at keeping my old van going. They haven't given up on it, so I don’t need a new car. Not once have they failed to solve the problems. These are the best car doctors ever. It makes me wonder where they get their training to get the car up and running for us? They are the most reliable and professional, offering reasonable prices, quick work, and consistently delivering what they promised, often going above and beyond. We have never been disappointed with them. Their mechanic skills are top-notch!

“My Wrangler was having issues leaking transmission fluid, and another shop recommended a flush. Found these guys and they were able to get me in right away, while diagnosing the issue which was from the previous shop. They fixed the issue and had my Jeep ready for pickup within a few hours. For any transmission issues i definitely recommend this place!”

“I had a flat tire that had to be replaced. The tire I needed wasn't in stock but was assured it could be there by that afternoon. Told me when the tire came in they would replace it on my old wheel then call me so it would be a short wait to install the new tire and a front end alignment. Worked out perfectly. “Todd was a lifesaver for us today. In the process of moving my daughter and her husband from Fort Riley Kansas to Fort Moore Alabama, I had a wheel bearing go out on my tandem axle enclosed trailer while passing through the St Louis area. The bearing was cooked and the trailer could not be moved from where we got stopped without extensive damage to the spindle. We had to continue our trip with as little delay as possible so we could make it to the closing on their home purchase on Monday. Todd answered the call immediately and showed up to help us within an hour of the call, on a Sunday morning! He determined the correct parts needed, picked them up and went to work. His work was quality and attentive to detail in a less than ideal environment, a bank parking lot. We arrived safely at our destination without any further trouble. “I brought my 2011 G37 to Anthony for a head gasket replacement and now I will never go anywhere else if I need a shop to handle things! Anthony is incredibly knowledgeable and his work is second to NONE. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever spoken with and he will do his absolute best to help you understand how and why things are the way that they are. Considering the amount of work to be done to change a head gasket on these cars I decided to do all timing components, water pump and thermostat, all new hoses front to back and top to bottom. Anthony's attention to detail and his desire to do the absolute best work possible is extremely evident and is beyond appreciated.”

“I was traveling from Saint Clair, MO to O'Fallon, MO and developed a flat tire which I pulled over to look at in New Melle. My little emergency compressor would not fill the tire more than 10 pounds so I stopped in at New Melle Automotive. The Owner changed my tire for me EVEN though he had a truck in the bay he needed to use that could not be moved. I offered to wait, but Eric took pity on me, I guess, and changed my tire. This allowed me to get to my destination safely. Eric and Jan Muskopf are the owners/operators here and today they were my angels. The charge for the service was minimal and I gave them double because I was otherwise stranded. Thank you, Eric!!”
