I have called numerous times due to my internet/tv buffering all the time. And after being on the phone with them for 20 minutes at a time while they reboot and run all kinds of tests, I'm told "yes we see errors" and then "your issue is resolved" when it clearly is NOT! All I want to do is watch TV for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time while my TV is buffering in between!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Had an issue getting new tablet to connect with wifi. Called for help and Steve talked me through. I had some connections crossed and he was able help me figure it out. Very patient, very nice and professional service. Thank you Steve!

The streaming live channels are a joke, never had worse Tv service in my life. Great internet but the yellow app they use for streaming is terrible, buffers all the time.

First off we have internet that works extremely well! The team who helped set up our account and the home install were both very helpful. If your in Ralls County this is the only place I would call!

Shotty service. Horrible customer service. They have a monopoly. They changed billing and charged me $5 late fee. I have never been late in 10 years. Almost all of my mail goes to my office. They won't even have the converstion about the late fee. Worst company ever. Can't even get a call back to talk to someone.

Called before we sold property to avoid problems. They didn't do a final reading and say it's my responsibility that the new owners didn't come in. I think we have come to terms, but it should have never been my responsibility to make someone else come in.

So far I have had pretty good services from Ralls Tech. Rachel is very friendly and knows what she is talking about. If I call and they give you the option to hold or to leave a message, I always leave a message and she gets right back to me. It's alot sometimes when I believe there is only one or two people in there most of the time. I think y'all are doing the best you can with what you have! Keep up the good work, and I'm so excited for my internet to be installed! Have a great day, and all these other people just like to bi**h, so don't worry about it, y'all are doing fine!!??
