Always there no matter what time. And kind and gentle with both parents and in laws. Vernon is always respectful and willing to help in any way to comfort the process of laying a loved one to rest.

Vernon is very helpful and does a good job,he is very sympathetic as well,it's hard losing a loved one but it makes it not as stressful when the funeral home director is so understanding etc.
