I have my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy because it's close. Had a new med sent today. I called, they said it will be tomorrow after 2pm. Then said, "well, we have a few in stock, i guess we could get them together for you tonight, and you can pick them up tomorrow." With a laugh and a thank you, she hung up. Every experience with this pharmacy has been a complete FAIL! Every month, they don't have my thyroid meds. Even when the pharmacist says he will order an extra.I'll be having my meds moved to somewhere else.Don't waste your time here.

Honestly it was horrible, I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter it took three days of giving me the run around for them just to say that they didn't fill it because I didn't have insurance on file then after adding the insurance they say she's under another insurance will never go through this place again.

Roughly around May 2022, I witnessed an elderly couple here with someone on their speaker phone that was clear scammer. I observed a Walgreens employee intervene and warn them that this could be a scammer when they tried to purchase a google playcard for like $300. The scammer hung up. I'm proud of that Walgreens employee. That was not just good customer service but a good deed.

5 stars for the blue haired person at the pharmacy working behind the counter. Wish I could give them a 10. My child with ASD was having a meltdown and they did everything they could to help. Gave her a sensory own to play with and a sticker and crayons to color. You have no idea that what she did saved our day. Compassionate workers are hard to find so you better get this one a raise!

Went to drive thru, associate says 15-20 minutes, I come back, different associate says 30-45 minutes course lunch falls in that time so add 15 minutes ok..... So then I come back after the time has come to have a different associate say 30 minutes.... So after all this I drive the 22 minutes home. They call and say it's all done. I don't know what clock they use but if it's going to be a while just say we will call you when it's done don't bait me to wait. You have waisted my time

The lady who manages the photo area in walgreens couldn’t be more rude. Asked if we could transfer something from our camera to a phone just out of curiosity and said no which was followed by 20 seconds of silence, she then turned with her foot kicked up in the air. It was so awkward. When we came back in to get what we ordered she was talking about us to another employee about the question we had asked prior. She was ten feet away and talking like we were just so stupid for asking one question.

Too many times I come through the drive-through and wait forever literally like 15 20 minutes. I don't know why the drive-through won't have people circle back around or come back. Every time I have to wait a couple minutes they make me leave but other people can sit here for, like I said 20 minutes and I have to sit in line for one car at 20 minutes. Then however many cars are in front of me.

Went for a rapid covid test this morning, the girl was very rude, not helpful at all,.a little skeptical of my results in a matter of 38minutes, especially when I had very close contact with 3positive cases and have symptoms,!! ,??

Don't bother making an appointment here! They accept walk-ins & late/early arrivals OVER the care of their SCHEDULED patients! Delayed us 30-45 minutes after the appointment time. Brice, pharmacist, said they can't turn patients away but didn't seem to understand giving preference to the patients who actually followed protocol & scheduled an appointment. Advice...just be a walk-in.
