I used to stop here and use the ATM but I just couldn't anymore. More then once the ATM wasn't working, out of cash, broke or something. That I can understand because things can happen but it's happened too many times for me. Afraid I would get cash one of these times.But the biggest annoyance isn't with the employees, I'm sure their fine. I've gotten stuck behind some islander folk running multiple cards in the ATM drawing out cash. And when they can't get anything they try the card over and over. After about 15mins of waiting I just left. Seen the same white car and family do it over the summer.

Absolutely stupid that this only bank location for US bank opens at 9am! Most people have to be to work by 9am! The hours of this location have created multiple banking issues, but the hours of operation are by the worst!

Lobby routinely closes before closing time. Only open now four days per week. Not easy to work with staff. I can't wait to close my account.

Nothing but issues with this bank for the last year probably. Been with them almost 7 years and We absolutely will be switching banks. ATM never works, staff is never friendly, (if you actually ever see or talk to one) they are always closed, nobody EVER answers the phones. Been calling several times a day for the last week due to fraudulent charges on my account and no luck, can’t go in because they are literally always closed. Definitely went WAY downhill. Don’t recommend trusting this place with your finances.

There are not enough thank yous to Kevin. He definitely has gone above and beyond for my family. Because of employees like him, i will continue to stay with US Bank. He was extremely professional, patient, helpful, efficient, and did what he could to assist with what I needed. I truly appreciate him and everything's he done for me.

Terrible customer service. Branch manager does not return calls and customer is NEVER right. Branch manager passes off problems to other departments and does not take ownership for her branch or her position. Terrible fraud knowledge and spends most of her time deflecting questions.

Ive used this bank in 3 different states and was shocked when I drove 40 miles to visit this branch on a (Friday) that they now close (even the drive through) at 4pm.I can't bank that way so I'm closing my accounts there.

I absolutely love the teller's! BUT closing the lobby AND THEN corporate cutting the drive thru hours too???? C'mon US Bank!!! Drive thru doesn't open until 9:30am and closes at 4pm...I don't know if you're aware of this but most people are at work by 8am and get off at 4:30pm if they're lucky! Be helpful to your customers. We have plenty of banks in this town with better hours.

This is the slowest customer service at any bank I've ever been to at both the drive thru and walk in. One of my visits, I spent 33 minutes at the drive thru, even though I was the 2nd car there. They serviced 4 more cars that pulled up after me before completing my transaction. All my information and deposit was already sent in before the other 4 cars pulled up. I asked the lady what was taking so long and she said she had others to service and not just me. On another visit, I decided to walk in so it could be quicker. There was a male ahead of me that was at the counter flirting with the teller, when the teller gave the best teller the transaction to complete, while she went back to flirting. So both tellers were busy with 1 customer, when the one flirting could've handled another customer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
