So happy with the service I receive at ProLube. Instead of recommending a new A/C for my 220,000 mile car, they did what I hoped they would do..... see why my A/C was not blowing cold all the time. The system did not need recharging, some part of the system got wet. They fixed it, for minimal cost. I brought the car in for this and wheel alignment. The tech explained what and why I needed a new armature (?) for one wheel. I asked him to show me a picture of the part and all this gave me enough information to make a decision about what the car needed and if I really needed to replace the part. As a female at the age of 73, I have met less than forthcoming answers from mechanics and shops over the years. I feel comfortable that I am not going to be SOLD something I don't need and they educate me. I can't tell you how grateful I am for these guys, I feel safe here. Thank you
