I loved the work ,but the nail color was not like the one I picked
It was very translucent. I called & said it would cost me another $32 to change the color to darker ,the color I wanted. Will not be going back.

I forgot the name of the gal who did my nails, but she did a fantastic job. I absolutely love my nails. Will be back again!
Update: My nails started popping off after a week and a half. And I'm gentle with them. I'm dissapointed because they were absolutely gorgeous nails too!

So kind, great job and a nice relaxing environment. My mother in-law, who is 94, loves to go there too for manicure and pedicure.

Girls always do a great job with my nails. Appreciate that they always do their best to keep my appointment on time, and don't put walk-ins before those that have taken the time to make those appointments.

This place is a joke. They only take appointments, which I don't believe salons are doing that anymore. That ended after covid, to be quite frank it should have never been a thing to begin with. I have tried multiple times to do a walk in. Everytime I do, I'm told, I need an appointment. Just fyi, COVID is over!! Ive had a pedicure and dip done here a few times in the past. Nothing to brag about. However, in the small town of Neosho, we are limited with nail salon options. I would not recommend this place.

Went for a basic pedicure and feel like all she really did was paint my toenails. Usually my feet feel really soft and moisturized after a pedicure. Less than an hour after I left the salon, I couldn't tell I had been. She also didn't put me under the dryer and my polish wasn't dry enough when I left. I got home with major smudging. Came in without an appointment and they were super nice and got me in even when they had appointments! My nails were damaged from a past salon and they fixed me right up! Will be going back. Very clean place and the ladies were super nice. Highly recommend!!
