I highly recommend this place. They are a fraction of what other places charge and get things done quickly. The staff is highly knowledgeable and super friendly. I bring in all my family vehicles and refer anyone and everyone I know that needs work done.

Called to have 2 tires put on my car. They ordered them and had them just a few hours later. Had them installed on my car quickly. Easy and friendly staff. Will do business again.

I have used this service a few times and as a single woman, constantly being ripped off, I have to say Jim is a very honest gentleman and always professional! The smile on his face is contagious! He loves what he does and it shows. I highly recommend this business!!! He has always gone above and beyond.

I've worked with Masterservice for the several years I've lived in the area. They're constantly coming in at lower than dealership/other auto shops in the area. Whereas other shops/dealerships get me in weeks out, they get me in that day or the next few days depending on what needs doing, and they are usually starting and finishing faster than they estimate the job will take.I've had them refuse to take money for small jobs before (you read that right -- free --), and they are almost always lower than the average cost for the parts+labor estimated costs you find online. I've not had any of their work fail or fall short.Insofar as some of the other comments I see here, it's almost as if the individuals involved don't understand that multiple components can contribute to car problems, and that many of them wear together and fail together/need to be replaced together. It's entirely normal to have to replace multiple parts, or to replace one part only to find that another one is also faulty.These guys are honest. I've managed several businesses in the area and referred many of my customers to them. All of those customers have come back and told me they're not going anywhere else if they can help it.

Went in to get new tires. The guy tried to lie to me and tell me I have “rare” tires. I drive a Nissan rouge there are MILLIONS of tires in my size. He quoted me at $300 for 2 tires. I went up the road and got 2 for $100 total. Don’t use this place they will rip you off.
