The customer service at this Neosho location was not good. Went in to get a new phone and the lady helping us seemed annoyed and rude. We were able to get a different kind of charger instead but she didn't have the information when we asked price or warranty information.

Stephine was awesome there were problems in setting up my new phone she spent 2 hours going the extra mile to get me all set up . There really is good people still out there

Stephanie is the absolute worst. After spending over three hours in the store trying to receive new service the phone still did not work. I really don't care that she spend her OWN money buying a SIM card for my dad's phone. He spent almost 400.00, zero cell service for over 48 hours, but could text via wif, and the alleged new phone already had pictures downloaded.Today my dad went back to the store. Stephanie again rudly told the employee "just refund the phone."It's not our fault we spend over 3 hours and the store associates could NOT activate a phone.If you don't like your job or can't do your job, ask for help. Don't make a customer wait over three hours for new service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location, the ladies there know what their doing, and they do their jobs very well. The store is always clean and there's never a worry when you go in, they have a fix for almost everything. New management was certainly a great help for this store!

Just stopped in 2make a payment for someone. The lady was very helpful & polite. We had never been in the store b4today. She explained everything step by step.
