Charged me $25 to notarize a document. They forgot to give me all the original documents back and instead of letting me know or sending it overnight they decided to shred it. I asked for my money back and the employee that made a mess of everything, Cheri, wanted to argue with me in the bank. I called to complain and never heard back from management. I wouldn’t keep one red cent at this bank. The financial services department isn’t smart enough to notarize a document so I would not suggest letting them advise you on anything. What a joke.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Local banks just are not worth dealing with.

Lobby is never open. It's getting very annoying and there is no ATM.

Samantha in Customer Service is the best employee a computer could have. She went above and beyond to help with my issue. She waited patiently for me to explain my concern. I really hope I get to talk to her anytime I have any problems. Thank you!

The bank teller staff are one of the most friendly, helpful crews in town. Quick, upbeat, & very professional.
