Went to cash my check, extremely slow service and they shorted me $.50 which I didn’t realize until I got home and it’s too far to drive back for $.50. Absolutely ridiculous.”
“Oh what a blessing Rebecca is. I screwed up and let a scammer get access to our accounts. I called, had them freeze my accounts. We then went to the bank, closed all three of those accounts and opened new ones. Rebecca and two tellers (so sorry I didn’t get their names) stayed 2 hours after closing to straighten my mistakes. I received a courtesy call to check and make sure that all was going ok.”
