I went to this store on December 9th. And again on the 23rd. I had a bunch of things that I wanted to accomplish. Nothing urgent, but just things that I felt I needed to get done. The staff was quite helpful with what I asked of them. A new phone similar to my prior phone (but better), a much better power cord than what I had previously, and connecting my new phone via Bluetooth with my car's radio so that I can listen to audio books while I'm driving to and from work.

If you want horrible customer service and if you like being lied to this will be the best place to shop for you. If you want honesty and good service I would head to Joplin.

Our AT&T store rep was amazing.She was so friendly and patient.I felt like i was with a friend.I am easily intimidated and shy when it comes to dealing with sale reps, but with her I felt very confident and in control with my decision making.Normally I leave the store not wanting to be back any time soon due to dealing with others, but this visit I left feeling like I could do this again anytime.She really seemed to love what she does and working with others, and that really helped make my visit to the store an enjoyable one.

We were turned away twice by AT&T employees saying we should go to Walmart to set up our cards and that they couldn’t help us.We went back a THIRD time and we had nothing but a positive experience with Melissa. She was so patient and helpful with getting the three of us sorted. Very professional serve I’ve from her, 5/5 for Melissa. Thank you! ?

Most businesses are only interested in assisting a customer that spends big bucks. When none of the expensive solutions to my problem were acceptable, the staff suggested a much less costly option that met my needs perfectly. Very knowledgeable staff. Well done!

My goodness I'm very thankful I don't have my service with this place!! I was helping out a friend and went in to make her payment, I did so 3 days before her service would end, ended up not paying enough which they should have known in my opinion and even though I'd been to this place 3 times her phone was disconnected!! Ended up only needing to pay 15 more dollars on her account and service was restored! I chose to go into the store because it's local however will not ever again step in the store! 3rd guy I spoke with was a tad rude ( my behavior was rude also, I was frustrated my disabled friends phone had been shut off) I can do nothing for you ma'am, you will have to call customer service, which I did, they were closed but was able to fix through automated system!

I called to ask about a phone case. At least I got a person at this store. As opposed to Verizon in Neosho whom I called first. I asked if it was available and how much price range. I got the oh, my gosh, you're bothering me, sigh.Then 20 to sixty, I said OK between 20 and 60 dollars, 20 being your lowest, response was "yeah" So I told them they need to work on their customer skills. No professionalism!

I turned in my wife’s phone for an upgrade. The store did not turn it into AT&T. We have not gotten the trade in credit. The store personnel will give you the run around and the manager will not return a call. They tell you to call AT&T because they are a third party. So I am out the $1000? I don’t think so. We have been with AT&T for 21 years and are stockholders. I would like this resolved.

I give this store a 1 rating only because there is no lower rating available. The customer service at this AT&T store is non-existent. They are only interested in selling new equipment, or trading old equipment UP to new equipment. They are extremely reluctant to spend any time with an AT&T customer who walks in with a phone problem. It's as if it is beneath them to take the time to merely help someone with a phone problem or replacement issues where a phone is broken. All they would suggest is phoning someone half way around the world for assistance - IMPOSSIBLE TO DO WITH A BROKEN PHONE. Couldn't even be bothered to help by providing an in-store connection to an AT&T help line. If you are in the Neosho, MO area and need assistance with an AT&T problem, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 20 minutes to the Joplin store where they will actually assist you.Edit to add: This particular day wasn't the only time this has occurred. This was the 2nd incident - the first time being over 2 years ago - and the results were identical. It was my impression the guy who denied helping, was the owner, or at the very least, an employee who had been there for a very long time!
