GM even said they HAD no right since rent is always paid. They lost a loyal costumer cause my mom had credits with the store. They knew my grandma just got out of the hospital and still banged on the door like greedy little snakes sending her into another panic attack. Sent my anxiety spiraling, but hey guess they didn't like the dog in her room ?♀️ guess shouldn't try to barge in and stalk around the house huh. Y'all need to do better with communication. Plus, we were lied to about having more time and such like that. Terrible. Tried coming in the house twice which he would have been ate up by a VERY protective dog. Like last time they tried coming in the front door unannounced. Also threatened with cops even though agreements were made on stuff. Payment wise. Petty low ppl.

I had a sectional delivered today after ordering just yesterday, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The delivery got here within the time window they gave, and got it all set up exactly where I wanted it. They were super polite and did a great job, plus the couch is perfect and exactly what we were looking for, thanks Arona!

Was renting a washer and had to have them come pick it up do to me having to move unexpectedly, I asked them to pick it up as late as possible in the afternoon due to me getting off work at 3pm they were scheduled to pick up at 4pm, they showed up almost 6 hours early to pick it up, didn't give me a call or anything to let me know they were coming out at this time to pick it up instead, my boyfriend was in middle of washing a load of clothes before they came and got it, im very disappointed in the customer service and communication skills, I won't be renting from them again

They lie to you and I had to send my washer and dryer back in September. They have charged my bank account $12.95 a month since then I have talked to the store and corporate about the matter and it still has not stopped. The worst place ever

Delivered a broken washer to my home. Then expected us to pay for broken merchandise. Sent someone to fix it, brought wrong part. Told them to get it out of my house, said no one could come get it because of covid. Said they would call to set up a day and time and showed up without calling.

Worst place ever they take money out of your bank a day before your payment is due. One of the guys there just cussed my wife out. There customer service is the ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. Oh and they like to make threats against you also. Well come on over buddy you know who you are!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely hands down the worst ever! Doesn’t care at all about you or anyone! Customer service is beyond rude and sends threats. Jason will bluntly disrespect you and we been making payments for 2 years and every month his attitude has only increased towards us. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Instead go if in the area go to Payless and talk to josh Hess

when I was stuck without a laptop, Because I’m going to school and I need one ASAP my son told me to call Arona’s . I did and before the day was over, because I didn’t have a car they bought me the laptop, so I wouldn’t get too behind in class. The service is amazing, Christine is awesome, I had gone into look at some stuff. I wasn’t happy with what I had and I fell in love with this living room set & Bed-frame & mattress. She helped me with decorating ideas. I found that so refreshing. Thank you so much for helping me make my apartment feel a home you like to be in.
