I came here after taking my little one to the urgent care in west plains last week. The store is small, but actually has way more than I ever imagined it would have. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The wait wasn't very long at all, and since we have no insurance the pharmacy tech helped by letting me know how to save a little bit of money. This place will definitely be our pharmacy of choice from here on out.

This place is the worst! Bolerjack’s never closed for a little bit of snow. Also, when it was Bolerjack’s they were the best place in town to get comic books. I refuse to take my medicine until it goes back to being Bolerjack’s.

I've never been so disrespected at a business. The pharmacy girl was called down to enter my insurance information and came down the steps rolling her eyes, huffing and just generally being rude. She appeared like she would rather be having a tooth pulled than be there. My insurance card didn't have the information she apparently wanted and she started with attitude with us. We finally told her never mind, we will pay cash and never be back. The girl who was cashing us out apologized profusely but it wasn't her fault. I don't care what kind of day your having, you can not treat people like that and expect to have return costumers. I will drive to west plains to get my medicine from now on.
