This is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. I was unemployed as a stay-at-home mom for the year 2022 and 2023. But these tax people filed taxes under businesses in my name and when I contacted them they hung up on me and told me that they never filed taxes under my name, but yet I received the W-2 tax papers by mail just yesterday. This is the 2nd time they have done this. They should be shut down and investigated for fraud!!

The worse CPA in the surrounding area. It is August and still have not received my tax return.

Extremely rude to me and my friend. Twice she was in there and each time they said it was a bad time and was Extremely ride with how they treated us. Don't recommend at all

Angela has been doing our taxes for several years now. She and her staff have always been very friendly and courteous. Any time we have a question, it is answered...maybe not right away, but we always get a response in a timely and friendly manner. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is legitimately the most unprofessional receptionist I've ever encountered. I attempted to speak directly to Angela Ledgerwood on 3 separate occasions, 3 days in a row, in reference to a newly created business that my fiance and I had opened. We had complicated tax questions and needed help with deductions and advice. My fiance had been a client of hers for 18 years. When I became frustrated about not receiving a call back and not speaking to Angela, I was told by Beth, the receptionist, that my Fiance shouldn't marry me because I was "too pushy". We moved our business to a St Louis firm. The CPA answers calls. They don't insult customers.
