These crooks had the nerve to charge me $3.00 for paper statements. They notified me of this AFTER they charged me the previous month. I get quarterly statements.They announced that August 1st this was the new policy and printed that in my September quarterly statement. If you call them prepare for being on hold indefinite.

Their personable service is outstanding. Also the choice of banking services offered is great. Plenty to fit your needs! The automated Teller is fantastic! We also like the App on our iPhone to keep track of our spending and investments.

I am extremely livid with this bank. Without word, they underhandedly "upgraded" my account without my consent and began charging a monthly service fee. These new owners are vile scum.

Hometown service from a bank that has grown over the years and along with the changing times. This branch is special compared to other area branches. Thank you for always being so awesome! I made the mistake of going to a different branch, naively expecting the same level of customer service and will never make the same mistake again. Thank you Landmark - Mountain View for doing what you do and doing it so well.
