** Revised** I've worked for this company for a while now. I still think they are good people. But there's something not exactly right here. It's a regional company in it's mentality (i.e. 500 mile runs, truck at terminal during off time, maintenance done at terminal, etc) but they think they are an OTR Company. They don't have a national tire/ maintenance program, they don't honor the traditional " for every week out you get a day off" concept. It's like the land of forgotten toys, or a crazy patchwork quilt. I think once they identify what they are (regional/ OTR) they'll be better off. They'll attract the type of driver they need. Additionally I think they need green drivers so they can mentor the green driver to operate the way they want him too. The trucks are typical, the pay is adequate, the office is a bit chaotic (they have had some recent changes). If you're a mid career driver or an old school guy I recommend you steer clear. There's really nothing here that you can't find somewhere else and at a better cpm

Your right Chris I got 48 years in I drove for Paula she was alright till I had to something like my DOT physical didn’t pass the first time but then later had some medical issues when to file a unemployment she denied it so I appealed it they are the best till something happened she doesn’t like to be buck its got to be her way not is good for the driver

My huni works here and their all so nice very family oriented dispatch is on the ball and that's what we likepay is good and trucks seem in good condition so we feel like we finally found a place to call home

Working for this family so far 17 years of my driving career. I feel more like family than just an employee. We sure could use some good drivers.
