Got an "alignment" on a 98 chevy, it drove worse than before I took it in. The "mechanic" did not seem like he knew how to do anything other than what is in "the book" and the specs it defined. After getting home and looking it over, it was obvious that he didn't get the bolts tight enough, since they were about to fall off. My wife had her car "serviced" as well, a 2002 subaru, they changed her alternator and catolittic converter. About a week later she had to take it to a electronic specialist, and now the exhaust is held up by some wire I tied it up with after the converter fell off and was dragging under it. I have called them, and left messages, with no response.So to sum it up, I definitely would not recommend them to anyone that I don't hate. If you want your vehicle fixed take it somewhere else, or just let the auto mechanics class at the school work on it, they couldn't do any worse than Childers Service Plus.

messaged to get a quote and to see about getting a tow today her replied price but didnt responded to needing towed but read my message could of said he wasn't doing tows and wouldn't answers his phone to say that either that isnt PROFESSIONAL AT ALL !!!

Childers was wonderful! My car was making an awful noise due my wheel bearing going bad. They got me in as quick as they could and the wait time wasn't bad at all. They had movies playing, an adorable dog & the friendliest atmosphere. They even wrote down what the other noises were from so I was aware. My car now drives like a dream and I gotta relearn how to keep my foot of the gas

We called Billy's about a week ago when my in laws hummer broke down our on 95 and they were very prompt and even beat us to the spot. The driver (I think his name was Caleb) was super nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend this company.

These guys are awesome!!!! We loved Vince, and were worried when the Childers bought their business. But they are so kind and honest and fair. They are very honest, which means so much to us. They go the extra mile. We love these guys. Being a business person, I know you can take advantage of folks who don't really know how repairs are done. These guys are fantastic. Sometimes, they give us bad news, we drive old vehicles, but they are always honest. We recommend them to anyone!
