My wife and I have been using Family Pharmacy for 13 years now. The staff is always friendly and courteous. My wife has ongoing regular prescriptions. I simply call in her prescriptions and if the number of refills has expired they contact her doctor to reactivate the prescription. I call-in, they fill and then deliver. Then I simply pay the co-pay once a month over the phone. We use to live in the big city. You would never get that kind of service. We love the small town service we get from Family Pharmacy. We want to say thank you to all the staff at Family Pharmacy .

they have special order shoes for people with gout and diabetes and it's a pharmacy and medications if you need tissues or hand cream it's a nice place nice people

A couple nice folks TERRIBLE HOURS. Long story short you guys have my son's seizure script and YOU CLOSE AT 3 ON A SATURDAY WITH NO SUNDAY HOURS????? We just had an appointment last week and he just ran out and I could've never imagined they wouldn't be open at 4 in the afternoon ON A SATURDAY?!?!?!!!!. Now since I had it sent there I can't get help anywhere else. We have 2 days to Hope he survives without incident. When we moved here we didn't want to support walmart so we went with the little guys. Lesson Learned. Monday we transfer to Walmart Pharmacy. If I realized the inaccessibility I'd have already transfered. If it was the first incident it might not be as bad but we got there before 7:00 which is when they close one night and they were all closed up and getting in their cars almost 10 minutes early with two cars Plus ours in the Drive-Thru trying to get meds. they saw us and paid no acknowledgment. We drove to Springfield for it that night. Some people are in fact DEPENDENT on their meds. This is awful...

In this time of rising cases of Covid, you would think a pharmacy would observe medical guidelines such as masking and social distancing. My first visit today was short lived and I will never return even when Covid is no longer a threat. Employees not masking nor social distancing. Oh they have a sign on the door...”if you think you might have Covid please don’t enter but use drive through.” People can be asymptomatic and still spread the virus.
