Duste w/ Stop & Shop very Nice and Courteous to our driver on the early morning of Feb28, 2024. He had to winch out the truck and trailer. His prices were reasonable and very flexible tow service.Would recommend to any Fleet Service or Breakdown Dept. for the Trucking Industry

Me and two of my girlfriends were on a road trip from Chicago to Arkansas and at 3am while I was the one driving, I hit a full tire that was right in the middle of my lane…it instantly gave me a flat on my front drivers side. I pulled over immediately and luckily a sheriff was behind us shortly after. The sheriff recommended we call Stop & Shop Towing-since they were likely the only ones open at that time of the night (which they were!) We spoke with and got help from Duste. He was WONDERFUL! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Duste went above and beyond to help us. He towed us to his pop’s auto repair shop and not only took off the popped tire, but found a tire for my car, leveled the tire, and put it back on for me. He was so kind and I cannot thank him enough! It wasn’t ideal to have gotten at popped tire at 3am in a place none of us were familiar with, but Duste was honest and kind and one of the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered. We got back on the road within 1.5-2 hours (timing from the moment I called, towing us, replacing the tire-everything) and went on our way. Duste truly went above and beyond to help us. This group of people are amazing. Their generosity was unbelievable. They come out in the middle of the night after I hit a deer and towed my truck and carried me to the hotel and then the next day they hunted all day for a radiator for my truck and when I they found one it was too far away so they allow me to use their car and drive four hours, one-way and four hours back to get the radiator and then stayed way over there closing time to make sure my truck was fixed so I want to say thank you James, and a special thank you to Jonny y’all Are truly a light for God in a dark world thank you so much for the Bible such great people oh by the way they were beyond reasonable with their pricesService: Car towing
