After turning 65 a week back little did I know how seemingly complicated MEDICARE is. And unbeknownst to me and my wife my current health insurance wasn't gonna cut it any longer. To the rescue Micheal Schatzer of Farmers Insurance.He helped me understand in terms that made sense to me and my wife, exactly what my options were while keeping our best interest at heart. Thankfully his explanation's were in layman terms and if Micheal didn't know or wasn't sure about the particulars/nuaunces of what MEDICARE was offering, he contacted someone who did and put them on speaker phone so me and my wife would hear exactly what was explained. Perhaps Micheal didn't need to do this. But did cause he wanted us to be informed and comfortable with our decisions. We appreciated this immensely. Matter of fact this became a rather lengthy event. So, Micheal had us go about our day and worked for several more additional hours to get me set up as well as my wife and son with new and better health coverage for them.Bottom line, Micheal did what many places don't do. Whether it be other companies similar to his, or a car dealership, or a restaurant. Micheal Schatzer of "Farmers Insurance in Mt. Vernon MO," delivered everything he possibly could, AND. THEN. SOME! Thank you Micheal. On behalf of myself and my wife, our gratitude is heart felt. Thanks again!

Trust developed through open dialogue; no pushy sales pitch; no ego building sought; gentle voice tones; took time to locate what fit my needs; great eye contact; a sense of genuineness. Trustworthy. Wish I would have had business opportunities in locations around the world with him throughout my career in health care management.

Got my liability insurance very quickly for very little money. Mike went over my policy with me to make sure I understood my coverage before I signed. Great customer service at the desk too! She is on it dog gone it! She was so attentive, helpful and just plain a boss of a secretary!
