We usually stop across the street on our way through, but it was too crowded today so I stopped here. What a pleasant surprise! The bathrooms were clean. The store was neat and clean. And the cashier was very friendly. This is my stop in Mound City going forward.

A convenience store with Sinclair brand gas (at least I assume those pumps are theirs). It's a nice clean place inside. Nice restrooms. Employees were friendly. Decent selection of snacks. It's definitely a better alternative than the constantly overcrowded Casey's across the street.

Quite simply, bad gas. Filled up my tank with their regular gas and watched my fuel economy drop by nearly 30%. I don't know what they were selling as regular but it's certainly not worth putting in your car. I'm actually concerned that it may have done damage to the engine.

We are very disappointed in this store!! Caseys and almost every other station post its prices and specials this store has none of that we are glad that Caseys went up across the street.At least they honestly screw you!!!

Store was clean but parking lacked and only one clerk was wearing a mask... the manager was not wearing a mask and none of the customers except my daughter and I were wearing one. From the looks of the other reviews it’s been an ongoing thing that the owner is aware of and yet doing nothing to change. It’s such a simple thing, just wear it!

Clean, safe and fun! They have a great collection of Sinclair schwag! And they sell Hard Times Beef Jerky. Jerky the way it’s supposed to be… comes with a tooth pick! Fun choices. Great staff. We have been traveling this route for decades and just now found this place. We love it. Family feel. If you want sanitized big box corporate feel, go somewhere else. But if you want that home town love, here is where you will go. We travel this way at least twice a year and the way the staff treated us, we will be coming again. Seriously fun stuff!!!

This is probably one of if not the worst gas station experiences that I have ever had, I don't remember the lady's name that has helped me the past two times that I haven't been to the store but she is incredibly racist and she doesn't even try to hide it I would suggest anyone who is a decent human being to avoid this business purely because of that lady.I would hate to think that the entire business ask and operates like she does, but for all I know she could be the owner of this little place.

Stopped here every morning when I worked near by. The 2 ladies that worked the morning shift always helped my 12 hour work day begin with a smile! When I'm in the area, this will always be my morning stop!

Store staff not masked. It was weird, all the customers were masked and the woman working there was smirking at them like they were the ones in the wrong. Nasty place...Avoid.

Nice gas station. We have been stopping here whenever we visit the refuge to grab coffee and snacks. Friendly people, clean and nice selection of snacks. My little girl likes to look at the misc stuffed toys. One of these days I'll have to give into her and get her one.
