They're never open, I don't see how any person with a job could possibly make it here. They are also extremely lazy. They never deliver my mail even though they could. They never even attempt. Worst post office ever

What kind of federal place doesn't currently have (hasn't in the past 5 years that ik of nor any future plans to install some) security cameras at all on site...I'll give u a hint, none that i know of and probably not many but our local 63362 United States Post Office DOESN'T HAVE ANY KIND OF VIDEO/SURVEILLANCE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING!! Why has my PO Box been tampered with, stolen from and now the locks broken so u guessed it- ill have to pay for it!? A po box seemed like a great idea when we weren't receiving some of our expected mail at home, but after all the chaos, confusion and costly issues... Nobody should get one here! The postal worker has always been very good and the 24 hr open lobby access is great too but one would hope that ur items shipped would make it to u or be somehow tracked to their destination right!?After the increase in the box pricing, 6 months due plus late fees this last time, no surveillance, mysterious damage to the PO Box property (customer has to pay out of their own pocket even if they didnt do the property damage), replacement/extra key fee, all the trips back n forth to the P.O. building itself, constantly changing hours, workers...etc. I'VE OPTED TO BUY A RESIDENTIAL, LOCKING MAILBOX ONLINE for less than the new increased rate for a p.o. box from USPS 63362!

Katie & Betsy are a couple of AMAZING employees. I frequent here over any other post office. I purposely drive out of my way to avoid thr Troy PO for them bc they make this location so outstanding!!!!

Since Jenny & Katie have left I no longer will frequent this location. I have started using neighboring postal offices or I have switched my labels to Fed Ex.

No employee here compares to Jenny or Katie. I have had nothing but horrible customer service with the two newest postal workers, Kathy being one of them. Far from charming. BRING BACK KATIE & JENNY. I will gladly be taking my postal service else where. This Kathy lady didn't even greet me when I dropped off my package after i stood and waited at drop off. I don't even prefer to use the neighboring town in Troy but sure will now.

This is the best post office I've ever done business at. While living in Moscow Mills, I decided to get a post office box there. I got nothing but premium, friendly service from Katy and Jenny!! I feel so spoiled! Jenny is no longer there, but Katy is, and she is the best postmaster ever. She's super nice, and has always given me custom service for my box based on my needs. I've NEVER had trouble with the box. Even after moving to a different town, I decided to keep my PO Box in Moscow Mills, because the new town was just so unfriendly and depressing at the post office there (O'Fallon). Even with the inconvenient hours and 1hour total drive, I'd much rather go all the way up to Moscow Mills. If you are thinking about getting a PO Box and you live/work anywhere close to moscow mills, GET A BOX HERE, you will love seeing and getting service from the charming ladies that work there!
