One individual working in the whole store, didn’t recognize my valid Arizona state ID and refused to sell me alcohol because they couldn’t enter it into their system… even though I’ve made multiple purchases here before without this issue

I brought attention to the store cleck on 12/23/23 at approximately 12:15 PM that multiple Michelob products in the cold beer cooler were not coming up correctly when I went to purchase it at the register. When I pointed this out (and told her it was illegal, especially dealing with alcohol), she basically had an "I don't care attitude." I even politely mentioned to her, she may want to get a hold of the owner. *She still could careless.* To every consumer out there... it is ON THE RETAILER to correct the price at the register... Do NOT settle for anything less just because prices have gone up. The price on the shelf is the price that should come up at the register. (Anything over that is against the law). I plan to follow-up, and report this liquor store to the state/attorney general after the holidays. Forcing a store to correct its prices is not being rude... it's part of running a business.
