About HITCHING POST

Hitching Post is a great place to stop, especially after a long day. They have live bands and great food, including the best wings. The service is quick and the customer service is great. Hitching Post has a nice outdoor seating area and a unique inside setup that is half restaurant and half store with cute things for kids. Despite struggles with staff, the meals are consistently good, making it a highly recommended spot to eat when passing through town or visiting the lake.

    Great place to stop. We had a dinner there after a long day on the lake, and it was all around great for the family.
    On Memorial Day, they had a live band outside for anyone to stop by!

    Great food cold Beer. Fantastic service comfortable atmosphere and a good souvenir and gift shop.

    Best wings I've ever had and the bartender Doug was the best. Great conversationalist and quick service. Highly recommend you stop here when passing through town.
