amazing staff she was amazing. helped me figure out what was in. y budget and went above and beyond. more than satisfied. I can't remember her name atm but she works in the monett mo Russell cellular store.

As a local business owner... I really want to support Russell Cellular. But honestly... I think I'll drive the hour drive to go elsewhere. My company just can't go without adequate support. We have spent all day several different times walking away with greater issues than when arriving. This last visit resulted in a new 1000.00 purchase going into 48 hours without service... and the inability to return the trade-in back to working order. So ultimately the upgrade lead to no service going on 3 days without answers.

My daughter was charged $147 twice when upgrading a phone. Had to drive 45 mins back to the Monett Russell Verizon store to try and straighten it out. I was told that their machine was acting up and that the extra charge would fall off in a day or two. Called the bank and 2 separate transactions DID go through our bank account. Had to file a dispute that takes 90 days to straighten out their mistake and they took no responsibilty. Whatever you do, do NOT pay with a debit card when making a purchase!

I bought an Apple Watch two weeks ago, was told I could return it for any reason, was not impressed with the watch, went to return it, and they refused to let me return it. Also, we paid for the watch outright and we were informed upon trying to return it that we are not supposed to be able to buy the devices outright. So, please, don’t buy here. I’ve had enough problems with Verizon as it is but this was my last straw with them. I will never use Verizon again.

The WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a phone store is “Verizon Russell Cellular”. All I wanted to do was add a phone to a existing Plan. Their service is unbelievably terrible. Their Call Center communication is a JOKE! Their employees I talked to were either lazy, incompetent or poorly trained. My Mother is 98 years old and lives in Aurora. Her husband 86 years old, had a stroke three weeks ago and is now in a Nursing Home in Republic, Mo. where they don’t have phones in the rooms. My Mom and Dad always shared a phone they got from Verizon Russel Cellular in Monett. a couple of years ago. I live out of the state and told my Mother I would make phone calls and make it easy to stop by the store and get another phone. Thursday eveningI called the in-store phone number on their website in Monett. Abby answered and I explained, I wanted to add a second phone to my Mother and Father’s existing plan. Abby said no problem. She said get a TCL Flip Pro phone $120 or $2.20 a month payout. A Basic Unlimited Talk Plan-no contract is $35 extra a month. I said write it up, I’ll pay for it now. She said no we don’t accept credit cards over the phone. I said, can she come in tomorrow morning and just sign the contract and get billed monthly. She said yes and suggested she pick it up at Republic Verizon Store. She said everything will be on the computer so when your Mom gets there it will only take a few minutes to complete. Friday morning I called the Republic store number to confirm everything. Tim answered, he said he didn’t see any order on his computer under my Mom or Father’s name. So I gave him all the information again to put into the computer so when she arrived it would be easy. Friday morning my Niece drove my mother to the Verizon store in Republic. My Mom waited in the car because she can’t walk. My Niece went in and talked to Ethan. He said there was no Order in the computer. My Mom said she waited almost a hour in the car. Plus, the store requested $200 be paid up front instead of adding it on to her monthly billing. Saturday morning I called the Verizon Republic Store and got Collin. I told him the whole story. He said he would make some calls and call me back. Never heard back. Every employee I talked to FAILED to do what they said they would do, UNBELIEVABLE! If they are this negligent with other customers, It’s amazing they still have their doors open.Tony M.

Went to your Monett location twice within a week. My dad went in last week to transfer his phone on his own account. Angelica B was rude so he left. We go in today and Angelica helped us again. She is the rudest, slow and has no customer service skills. Her manager is no better, she was suppose to change the price on my account and third person was putting her makeup on...terrible store.

When I went to the store my phone was broke and I could not read the screen. Alex who works in the store was very polite and took the time to work with my old phone and was very patient. I left the store with a new phone with all my old data and couldn't be happier. Thank you Alex and Russell Cellular.

Angelica and Chloe are always so helpful and sweet. They always have all of the info I need and find the best deals for me! I highly recommend this Verizon location!
