DO NOT USE THEIR ATM!! It ate my money and now I’m out of luck for a minimum of 10 days. I understand that there are policies that banks have to abide by. But I had money before I trusted their atm and now I have nothing.

You call and can't get through, you go automatically to a computer. The worst service ever. Not a happy customer. Very poor service.

I do a lot of my banking on Saturday because that is the only time I have,I am very mad at the fact that they aren't open on Saturdays and I will be looking for a bank that is soon

So hear is what happend I went in their too cash my insurance check.. Then some hatefull girl sitting by the front door Said you can't get those funds UNTIL A WEEK FROM NOW. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY THEY WHERE AVAILABLE.. SO RIGHT OFF THE BAT ITS A BAD START.. THEN I GO IN TOO START MY CREDIT CARD AND IM TALKING TOI THE GIRL THAT SET MY ACCOUNT UP. SHE DIDNT TELL ME I NEED TOO DO THIS OR THAT ETC. SO I THOUGHT SHE WAS JUST ANITHER ONE THAT DIDNT LIKE ME.. I WAS TALKING TOO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT IT.. WELL THEY TOLD SOMEONE HIGH UP. THEY SENT ME A LETTER TELLING ME THEY WHERE SORRY FOR WHAT happen. SO I CALL THEM BACK SO NO ONE GETS IN TROUBLE AND THEY SAY ARE YOU SURE EVERYTHING IS OK I SAY YES. MORAL IS ALL THIS HAPPEN OVER SOME STUCK UP GIRL THAT SITS BY THE FRONT DOOR. THINK SHE HAS BLACK HAIR. THEN I TALK TOO ANOTHER GIRL THAT USED TOO WORK THEIR AND THEY YOLF ME A FEW THINGS BUT AD OF NOW WE GOT IT WORKED OUT FAR AS I KNOW.. WE SHALE SEE. IM WRITING THIS MESSAGE TOO THE EMPLOYEES THAT READ THE REVIEWS... SO TYPE IN MY EMAIL AND THATS WHO I AM..

I recently had a wonderful interaction with a US Bank employee. The Monett Branch is wonderfully staffed and is always helpful. The Client Relationship Consultants are especially knowledgeable and easy to work with. I recommend USBank!

The lady we spoke to, Natalie, was very rude. I went in with my disabled husband, and she asked me if I was my 77 year old mother in law, then asked me, "well then why are you even here?" when I told her I wasn't. I very quickly decide that we would just bank elsewhere, told her so then left. I tried to call and tell the bank manager what had happened, but Natalie had already told the manager her side of the story,so we were basically told that didn't happen. I'm sure Natalie didn't tell the truth that she was being hateful, and just said that it was an innocent mistake. I'm in my 30s and am obviously not 77, she was purposely rude, and thankfully so as it lead us to a better, more professional bank. I will be bringing my mother in law in there this week to close her account and taking her elsewhere for the foreseeable future. Save yourself the time and just go anywhere else.

Very rude bank manager. She refused to cash a check written to me on an account at their bank that had plenty of funds. I gave them a state issued ID but she wanted my entire social security number which is my private information and not needed for this transaction. I would not recommend this bank.

When I signed up for my account ten years ago there was zero maintenance fees of any kind. Then all of the sudden they started slapping me with fees, didn't tell me and when I went in the branch in monett was met with Karen attitude females who were extremely rude and hateful. Treated me like I was stupid and they didn't care if they had my business or not. Gonna change banks

Still the same crappy bank they were when I was a teenager 12 years ago. It had been so long that I decided to try them again a few months ago, but their ATMs in Monett are always broken, they charge way too high of maintenance fees for checking accounts, and they charge a $36 fee for accidentally overdrafting $19 and don't care at all to work with you on a first offense. A rep said they would have a manager look into it and call me back and they never did.
