“I had a few issues when I first started using MBM. The time that they open tends to change between 10am and 11am so now I always go after 11 to make sure they’re open. Secondly, I thought the price to print a UPS label was high. Fortunately, the counter person is friendly, patient, and very helpful so the charges don’t bother me anymore. FYI- all the negative reviews seem to be from several years ago.”
