Your animals will get good care. The only thing I would say is make sure you let them know you want authorization on any care that is provided. My bill was twice the cost. It went from 420.00 to over 800.00 from one day to the next.I realize they want to give best care possible but some things they want to do aren't necessarily life or death. So just make sure they know not to do anything further than what is talked about or you will have a big surprise. That being said they have been very communicative since with me a d I appreciate that.

Excellent! Always wonderful service. We board Sophia quite often. Sometimes we have other things done while she is there. I like and appreciate the follow up they always do.

Sorry place to call themselves a pet hospital. For an emergency call to check on a cat that has been shot this place wanted $200 just to look at the cat, that wasn’t going to involve anything other than an xray and must be paid up front. It is very obvious this “hospital” term used very loosely, they do not care about the animals as much as they do their money. That said you want a vet that will not only not over charge you, but cares about the animals, go see Doc Wallis. Let’s just say you will get great care and a fraction of what this place wants to charge. Guess a new building add on is expensive and gonna cost ya to be in a pretty building. Lost my business for good. I hate dealing with companies that are just about their profit and less about the actual care needed.

Missed a huge slice on my cats eye, even though that's what he was brought in for. Had to call and tell them what needed to be done, and how to do it. They just said "we didn't even notice it!" They are booked out ridiculous wait times, even for emergencies. Whats the point of establishing a vet if you can't get your fur family member in for something emergent? Working in Healthcare myself, emergencies are part of the calling, and to not have any vets available for that kind of thing seems irresponsible at best, and negligent at worst.Had an apt, drove 20 mins away to get to the apt with my cat, to be told the doctor was on a farm call and would be delayed almost 2 hours. They told me to leave and come back, instead of wasting gas, drove to the Walmart, was shopping when they called and said vet is here, come back. So, I can't even be seen WITH an apt, since they have one doctor (apparently?) Guess they go out on emergent farm calls (big $$) but not on a kitten who will die. Do yourself a favor and go with someone who actually cares about your animals.

At first they were very helpful with my dogs cancer. But now it is a gross bloody knot that is smelly a constantly bothering my poor dog. I understand my dog is 13 but he is in great health. We asked if there was anything they could do for him, like a topical cream or something but they just said the vet wasn’t in. So we asked for my dogs records for a second opinion. They called first thing this morning an very rudely said there was nothing the vet wanted to do for my dog an if we wanted a second opinion they would send the records. We asked if they wanted to see him since he’s gotten worse since last time a they said “nope what’s the email?” Very unprofessional and seemed like they could care less to help my dog in pain.

Very professional and clean. Big open space for exercise when left overnight. Good communication and they managed expectations well. The only (minor) negative i can come up with is they didn't let us back with our pet when they treated him. That was an unusual experience based on our own history with other veterinarians. Overall excellent.

We had an emergency where my mom's dog was hit by a car. The vet came in on a Sunday to help us and do a splint plus a lot more. He was amazing.

Having your fur baby get sick when you are out of state on vacation is never good!!! However, I can’t think of a better place for it to happen than near Monett Veterinary Hospital! Not only did they do the exam in the car, but they did it in the rain. Dr. Carnes took the time to listen to us, make friends with and evaluate my dog, and explain everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend these folks for all your pets’ needs!!!
