I had a few issues when I first started using MBM. The time that they open tends to change between 10am and 11am so now I always go after 11 to make sure they’re open. Secondly, I thought the price to print a UPS label was high. Fortunately, the counter person is friendly, patient, and very helpful so the charges don’t bother me anymore. FYI- all the negative reviews seem to be from several years ago.

May or may not actually be open during their advertised business hours. Rude staff. Can’t wait for them to go out of business and replaced by someone who cares.

Not opening till 11 is really inconvenient, and several times I have gone during work hours, and they were closed. What really bothers me is that even when the CDC, the state, county, and city have said there are exemptions to mask requirements for physical and psychological issues, they required everyone to wear a mask. A family member was assaulted by someone who covered her mouth so she couldn't scream, and wearing a mask can trigger flashbacks and PTSD.They are the only local access to FedEx and UPS. I only use them when my work requires it, never for my own shipping.Lady who runs the counter is great!

They do not keep regular hours as is posted on sign at store. It's a guessing game to figure out when they're open.
