I have used this shop for tires and service for the last 4 years. Never had any problems. My truck had an issue with headlights. Both headlights not working. Took the truck to Friendly for diag and they told me it needed a BCM and it could only be fixed at a Ford dealer. Called Ford and set up an appointment for repair and Ford wanted to diag before ordering a $1000 part. Friendly charged me $90 for the diagnosis. I took my truck to Ford and they diagnosed both head lamps were blown. Long story short new bulbs would have fixed the problem. Someone did not check the first few steps of diagnosis and I spent more money in the long run. I spent $300 for diag and new bulbs at the dealership. Not happy.

Jason is a man you can trust. He is honest, he knows tires and may be the hardest working man I've ever known. He does all this with a big genuine smile. I have taken my tire and car problems to Jason and his team for at least 15 years. The people in our fine little city are happy Jason is back and training another generation to serve well. I wish the world had more business men like Jason.

Grate customer service. Old owners were not the best but the new Owner Jason is awesome. Took care of us promptly when are tire had a defect. Will be coming back for all my tire needs.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS MECHNIC SHOP! If you're needing your car fixed DO NOT take it to Friendly Tire. We had our vehicle towed to their shop, as it was not running. After multiple attempts of figuring out what was wrong, the mechanic ended up pulling the whole motor out and replacing a tiny pin. Charged us almost $1,500.00. We got the car back running and a couple days later it quit again doing exact same thing. We paid $125 to have it towed back to their shop, only to be treated like they'd had no idea who we were and that that they had not just fixed our car and taken our money. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I have emailed the owner and left a Request form on their website. They can't even be bothered to get back to me. I do not want this to happen to anybody else, so please do yourself a favor and do not take your car to this mechanic. Terrible experience. We ended up having another mechanic tow the vehicle to their shop to be fixed.

They are the best around Monett. They don't lie and tell you that you need something fixed if it doesnt need it, just because you're a woman. The owner is going out of his way to help in any way he can and they will pick you up or take you home if your car needs to stay a day or two.

Had a nail in my tire (which I purchased from Friendly Tire several months ago). I was hoping to get it patched and rotated by them. Spent an entire morning trying to get through on the phone. Each time I called a man would answer with an abrupt ‘Friendly Tire. Please hold.’ He left me no time to get a single word in. I was put on hold over the course of the morning 5 times, each lasting longer than 15 mins and then would get hung up on. A simple ‘please’ or ‘sorry we’re super busy I’m going to have to put you on hold’ would have gone a long way. 3 seconds to even let me explain that I’ve been hung up on for the last FOUR times I’ve been on hold would have helped my frustration. But no- Very disappointed in their customer service. I called another place, spoke immediately to a very helpful lady, made an appointment, and was in and out in less than an hour from start to finish. I won’t be a customer of Friendly anymore- they were anything but.

When Jason and Danny ran this place this was a place to go. Now the people who run it are very dishonest and will rip you off if they can. They have lost my business!
