Literally everyday that I come in the pizza slices sold individually are 20 minutes to an hour over time and there is never lunch pizza ready like I understand being busy but it’s every time I often come in and walk right back out it sucks because Casey’s pizza is my favorite pizza but I haven’t had a good slice in a long time (aside today)
Today i did wait until it was done and I got a fresh slice however I still waited while the pizza being sold was 40 minutes past time in the warmers
You all could sell more if lunch was ready at lunch time when all the locals go on break
Ps it didn’t use to be this way

Lived here for two years before my family could move up here. Ordered a lot of pizza from this location. At least 50 times. Not one time has my order been ready. I'm sure the owner will offer the same explanation to this review as he/she has already. How about just make it a priority to keep to your estimates? Not encourage us to keep coming back - but actively fix the problem. I'd buy a heck of a lot more pizza and all the other items in your store if you did.

I called and ordered a pizza and they told me 20 25 minutes it would be ready. I got there 30 minutes later and they haven't even started making it. If it's going to be while don't tell me a time frame and not even started making. I could understand that if it wasn't quite done but not even started that horrible.

It's gotta be #1 on my list of most frequently visited stores in town because they offer anything from made to order pizza & fresh donuts daily to air for your low tire & three flavors of petro plus diesel.

Ordered from this place multiple times throughout this week and they have not once got my order on time. This time I gave them a extra 30 minutes on top of their scheduled time of a total of 45 minutes showed up to them not even started and the employees just standing around chit chattimg.
