If you are in any kind of hurry go elsewhere I’ve been sitting in the drive thru on my lunch break for over 20 minutes now.. this is the only Arvest drive thru I’ve ever had any issues with. I would’ve been better off going inside but went through the drive thru expecting faster service.. guess I was wrong to have thought that.

I have an account with them and they wouldn't let me in without a mask. It doesn't make since even if it is a city ordinance, it's not there job to enforce it, are they going to start giving speeding tickets now?

On 3/16/19 stopped by to do some banking. Counter staff were very nice. Loan officer on duty was another story. When asked where the restroom was, I was informed that it is not available to bank customers and that I would have to go across the street to use the restroom at the tire shop. I returned to line for teller and mentioned to my wife and another customer that they should have a restroom for customers. Female loan officer emerged from office, approached me and asked "are you having a bathroom emergency" in a loud voice and in front of other customers. She then asked "do you want me if I wanted her to build one "right now". Loan officer then asked the next customer if they were having a "bathroom emergency" in a loud voice. Loan officer was very loud, crude and aggressive. Very unprofessional!

I love going here because Rebecca is so great! She knew my name the 2nd time I came in there and always goes above and beyond to help me. She deserves a raise the next chance you guys get! I kept my accounts at Arvest because of her!
