Scheduled well in advance for service (2-3 weeks). 8am appointment for a simple brake check that lasted virtually all day. Purported correction did not work. I will not return.

Stopped by to look on a Saturday. Guess they were closed because no one came to talk to us and lights were out inside. We spotted two pick ups we liked but there was no price or information listed and of course they were locked. You'd think they would be open on Saturdays as many folks are off work then and want to shop. FYI we went to Moberly Motors and bought a truck!

We will never be taking any of our vehicles here again. Over the past 4 years we have exclusively used Thomas Motors for routine maintenance and for the past 2-3 years have consistently gotten unfriendly service. The first instance was when I was abruptly approached and informed I couldn't have the oil change for the price listed on the online service scheduler. Not a problem, but it was stated in a very hateful way. Since then, I've been in to either pay for services or pick up/drop off the vehicle and only find inattentive and generally annoyed seeming employees. The most recent incident includes not reciveing a call back to schedule services and charges for a worn part that only their service technicians touch - "oil pan plug with rounded edges where the wrench fits". When asked about the part, I was dismissed and told it was common wear and tear. This was also the answer when my husband called, along with a seemingly insincere apology to my previous dismissal. And to add insult to injury, they left large dirty boot marks in the vehicle that had clearly just been detailed. If charging customers for parts that their technicians have worn and not having respect for others property is how they do buisness, we want no part of it. The continued lack of adequate customer service has allowed this incident to blow up as it has.

The service department in a joke. I took a GMC Yukon down there to be programmed. i drove it there and they called me and told me they could not do it and the said i had to pay them $130 to tell me they could not do it. this would of never happened at Bob McCosh I will not ever go back there. if you have a problem I would go to Bob McCosh if i was you
