Terrible service, I was stuck down the street from this Tow Service Monday around 4:30 in the evening. After trying for an hour to dig myself out, called around a different tow services. This company left me stranded claiming they don't deal with different trucking companies, when they weren't hurting the trucking company they were hurting the driver.

The guy we talked to was rude and on top of that we waited over an hour for him to show up before calling someone else, when we tried to call to tell him we had someone else coming our call was declined. By the time the other tow truck showed up and got us out he still hadn’t shown up.

We called Palmatory trucks and they towed our truck and trailer in. Made it a priority to get our truck fixed and going again. These people could not have been more accommodating. The owners and their employees were so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Their work was quick and efficient. I would give them a 10+ out of 10Service: Special vehicle towing
