Love this place! Book with Cassy she's amazing! She will listen to what you want, and she will get you there! She's so talented! Love her. I've been twice. I'm getting ready for my 3rd time. She came highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. She's fun, bubbly she also asks you questions as she goes along! I give her ☆☆☆☆☆ stars.

This salon is so clean and nice. I have had my hair done by the owner and other Beauticians and they have always done a great job. They give you personalized attention. You are not herded like livestock through the chairs! The equipment is clean also.

I had a lash lift done, I paid $70 for them to look the exact same. I’m so disappointed and I hope nobody ever goes to this salon because I never will for another lash lift. So much money and time wasted.

I have been going to this salon for at least two years. It changed owners, but it was definitely for the better, and the place is even more fantastic! Nikki is my stylist, and she is AMAZING!!!! When I have no idea what to do, she ALWAYS points me in the right direction!!! If you are considering going here, you absolutely should take that leap!

Only providing 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. My daughter came to work here when it was owned by someone else and at that time she loved it! She was fresh out of hair school and high school. There is a new owner now, a male, who thrives on talking down to the girls in front of clients. I understand what kind of program this is and the way he’s running it is unfortunate. Being an adult male, who also had to learn the world of hair once upon a time, seems to have forgotten what it was like starting out brand new. This man is hateful and upsets most who work there. Trying to run a young woman out of the hair industry by bullying her, who is likely half his age, is cruel. I know the hair industry is cut throat, but I strongly suggest never going to this salon nor allowing your children to try and learn at this salon. It’s one thing to talk down to anyone, but quite another to do it in front of your own clients. He should be embarrassed of the way he treats other human beings.

I used to love coming here when it was just Image Makers. The new owner is absolutely horrible. I’ve seen him belittle the employees in front of all the present clients, the things he says about clients in front of other clients, etc. This is no longer a good place to go to for any kind of service. The atmosphere is way too tense and the employees are terrified/ hate their jobs which makes the experience for every guest not great. I know I will not support a business that treats its employees so inhumane.

So many great experiences in this salon until the new owners came in. The new owner makes the salon feel cold, harsh and Uninviting - In return, causes a lot of anxiety amongst the stylist. I can’t continue to support a business who can’t support their stylist. Most go to a salon to relax and be uplifted and this is the opposite experience.

I had a great experience, at first. My first stylist cut my hair and took her time. Loved her and came back to her again. My hair is so thick many stylists struggle, even seasoned ladies. I always feel self conscious going to the salon and I actually felt comfortable with her.
Fast forward a couple weeks. Decided to get my hair colored in a fun ombre. I ended up with a different person and I honestly just assumed it would be the same person. My new stylist is funny and takes her time dying my hair. We take pictures and it looks great...for about a week. After 2 weeks, no color remained. I was so upset, I actually reached out to the company. (I never do this. I'm usually too embarrassed). They said they would try to put more color in it. I asked about cutting it since the ends had been fried, said okay. I had already spent almost $300 at my first appt. They charged me again, even though it was a customer service issue. Now, don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting free, but I didn't expect almost another $150. Ended up doing different, temporary colors, and giving me some color Conditioner (still not sure if they charged me or not for that). The new girl could color my hair fine. However, when we got to cutting....I missed work I was so depressed. People at work noticed and said things. She butchered my hair. Just hacked into it. Looked like she put a bowl on my head and cut around it. It was lopsided and uneven. I've never been so upset with a haircut/color situation. I've been sitting on doing this review for a while, but I just can't stop thinking about it. I now have an appt with someone else at another location and will never be back here. I will give the new stylist I had props for being concerned with my head burning from the bleach. She was nice, but the longer I was with her I just felt like she hadn't been doing this long. I ended up going home after work and trimming it up and thinning it myself.
