Richard White and staff are extraordinarily well experienced. Everything was just as they said, with outstanding communication. For how long would it take, along the price it would cost to do it right.I believe if there is an issue that arises within their warranty, they will stand behind their work. However, I haven't had any issues with any of their work. Everything is AWESOME!They were highly recommended by friends who live out that way. They definitely lived up to their hype. Price was fair and reasonable, and the workmanship was perfection. I'm thrilled that I made the decision to travel the distance from Saint Charles MO. In order to deal with people of their word.You'll be tickled pink that you decided to have your vehicle repaired by the honest professional fair and reliable service provider. Just like everybody else who is highly satisfied. If you're not? There's got to be something wrong with you. I'm jus' sayin'.

Every time my cars break I take them to Charlie because he's always there with a smile and he's always forgiving and they always get me in quickly even when they're always booked because they're so good that I believe it's Matt in the back maybe Steve I can't remember it I think it's Matt in the back that you want to ask for is your transmission to be worked on because he comes highly recommended And anybody that works for Charlie Hass to be good because Charlie demands excellence in everything he does and if you're ever out of the races look him up because he'll be out there every weekend firing up the cars for the races and I have to love that cause I grew up at the race tracks in Kansas City, Lakeside in Riverside. That's my aunts I miss those days and I love that am the respect that you get from Charlene and all the guys ate a+++++ in transmission there's three locationsThat cover all kinds of car repair. They've never done me wrong, and I'll always continue with them because a friendly face in a kind word goes along way with me .I've never had a bad experience at one of them and he's kind and honest, in business, that's what I respect and look forward to them bringing my car today! Budget is always important or just as much as friendly kindness, and I still do things are the magic city still stands for today and congratulations for staying in business so long and having three shops!! I think that says it all right there where to go guys!

I didn't use this business for what I needed this time, but I have in the past. I appreciate the honesty I get when I ask if I can get in for same day service, and the effort put into getting me in as soon as possible. In the past I had transmission work done, nothing was done before speaking with me, and I was happy with the entire transaction in the end. I will use these guys again for sure

they had my car sitting for a month without doing anything to it. i took my key back before i left for vacation. when i got back, my car door was damaged from someone trying to break in. i let them know and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Good technicians and staff. They have 2 locations, and it makes it kinda confusing when taking a vehicle to them. Wish they would build on the new shop and have one location for the convenience of the customer.
