Fiancé was booked here for worked trip. Very gross and needs updating. Left and found another hotel a little further away but nicer. Photos on site must be very old.

My first impression of the Stanley Hotel was "Old Fashion." Unique would be my second adjective. From entering the foyer, I was delighted by my surroundings. Their staff was excellent. Terms like friendly and helpful would not be doing them justice. I felt completely comfortable. My room was quaint in the best sense of the word. My stay was most peaceful. Their hospitality is a hard sought after quality many places lack.
