Usually decent service here, but the lady at the register this morning is having the customers bag their own stuff and makes it quite noticeable that she doesn't care to be there. (If you care to follow up, it was the lady at 6:40am on June 10th) Kitchen crew was on top of it though. Lots of options and all was piping hot!

I ordered lunch from here and went ahead and ordered dinner while I was at it when I came and got my dinner the woman working in the kitchen said “I thought since you came in earlier you wouldn’t want the order at this time but it’s fine what ever” rude as hell the one in Milan Missouri I will not be ordering from over nights

I don’t know what’s going on there but, the first incident was a $35 pizza and breadsticks that the breadsticks weighed more than the pizza with the box and sticks not done, isolated incident I thought got money back and New Year’s Day I giver the ole 1-2, breakfast pizza sounds good and not so much. Dry as, well the Sahara, no liquid of any sort, cheese. And to add insult to injury I again ole 1-2 and I think the lining of my throat for me is wet, but it unrolled what I chewed and I now have been re sleeved. What the hell. No wonder I get so many order for pizza. Your serving astroturff on a dry well creating the next new big deal, pizza with a sole. (Of a shoe) for those that can’t remember what goes after pizza, and if this offends you, your it I guess or in the position of straight embarrassment and again I go hungry. Humble yourself and get it together.

It has its ups and downs, there has been better service in the past,(hopefully in the futre) The job is difficult and I understand the struggle.

Worst Casey's I've been to, was told by one of employees that they don't do subs because their night shift won't make bread. Very rarely do they have any wraps made up, was told if you want one you have to call ahead of time as I guess they can't make one when you are in the building... Cappuccino machine always has at least one out of order sign. For the longest time, they were unable to put in rewards. Today they can only take cash.

Casey's in milan mo has a sub sandwich option.very seldom can anyone get a sandwich made. They are either too busy with employees standing around or the counter is cluttered with stuff. They can't even get to the products to make a sandwich. Why even sell subways if they can't make them

Every time I'm in here, the employees are busting their tails and doing everything they can to take care of us. That said, it sure seems like they need more help. This morning the line was about the longest I'd seen, the place was as dirty as I've seen. The napkins, bags for donuts and several other things were empty. I think they're also reducing hours. Corporate, give them the payroll to get these good people some help.
