If I could give the customer service of this place zero stars, I would. Received a voicemail saying that I was rude after I got yelled at by asking a simple question over the phone. Not professional AT ALL. I would give my money to anyone else but this place.

I had general question & he was rude to me on the phone. Yelled at me about not being able to hear me- I hung up, as I am not going to be treated like that as a potential customer. I received voicemail from him about how rude I am to have hung up. Not professional at all to one, talk that way on the phone...but to then call be back to tell me I’m rude. I will NEVER go here or suggested it. In fact I’ll let everyone know the poor quality customer service received.

Called to ask about working on my truck witch is a ford first response is nope no don’t work on fords not doing it too many problems. They way it was put was very rude and I do not recommend taking anything here.
