We moved to Mexico two years ago and had been coming here since. I called my doctor for a refill on a Friday and went to pick up my medication on a Saturday. A nice lady found it on the computer and told me it would be ready for pickup Monday. This was no problem. However, I came back Monday and was told there was nothing in the system for me, even after showing them the same bottle I'd been refilling for months.
