The most incompetent workers I have encountered. No one could answer a single one of my questions that I had asked. There were four tellers and only one was helping customers. The woman that "helped" me was pissed off because she couldn't finish eating her baked potato and she actually had to do work. Instead of answering my questions she demanded I give her my debit card and she took it from me and told me she would be closing my account due to "risk". I will never bank with US bank again

The bank itself seems ok but it is the slowest I have ever encountered. They are consistently behind and seem to disregard their customers time. I loath have to do any business at all in person as I don't want to wait my entire lunch break to make a simple small deposit. While they have yet to lose any of my money, therefore are fundamentally succeeding, they are severely inconvenient.

Very strange. I went in to ask about their debit card and talked to the teller. Instead of sending me to the fat guy at the desk (right behind me) he motioned her to call him. She asked him the question and I watched him give her the answer and hang up. I asked why she called him like that and she just shrugged.
