I'm an agent team member with another State Farm office in a different state. I recently worked on the transfer of a policy with team member LeeAnn Luttrell. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and you can tell she truly cares about her job and insureds. Finding someone willing to go above and beyond is something that should be applauded. Thanks again LeeAnn!

I got hit by this woman's customer, 100% their fault. The person that owned the vehicle I was driving is out of the state. I had it worked out with the claims department to pick the ck up in his name and just deposit it in his act. Suzanne didn't like it being done this way and threw a fit. Now he will not be able to get his money for months. This woman got nasty with me when I told her claims said it was ok to do it this way. I did get nasty back but after her fit. This claim took over 2 months to get worked out. I will never do business with Suzanne Baker she is a nasty individual. She deserves 0 stars for being rude and hateful.

I have been with state farm most of my life.Suzanne Baker and her staff has always treated me very good. I couldn't ask for better.
