I called there on Dec 28th looking for a alternator for a motorhome that was broke down in Perry. I talked to Robert and explained the situation. He told me that he had one that would work. They close at 5.30 pm. I took it off and told him I was on my way but it was 5.15 pm and it was a 30 minute drive. He said he would wait till I got there. When I got there he matched up the alt. He then took it in back and changed the pulley for me. He was very nice and very professional.

I had a breakdown with my truck on a Friday evening, right when the mechanics were getting ready to leave. Bob, one of the salespersons, explained the situation to me. Despite the circumstances, Bob immediately went under my trailer armed with a piece of cardboard and some tools. In no time, he skillfully fixed my trailer. I was truly amazed by his expertise and generosity. As I continued driving, I couldn't help but reflect on how people like Bob make me proud to have served overseas, defending individuals like him. Bob, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude. I've never encountered such kindness and selflessness as I have in Mexico, MO. I am incredibly thankful to this town and, particularly, to Bob from Mid-Missouri Truck & Trailer!
