“Okay, so I placed my order and requested it delivered to a P. O. Box due to porch pirates in my backwoods neighborhood.. the next day I discovered it was being sent to my home address .. I called customer service to tell them the mix up, they had genuine concern and they promptly diverted my shipment to a UPS facility.. the next time I will call my order in and have it delivered either to a UPS store or USPS to my PO box.. I thoroughly understand their fraud prevention policies because there are too many people out to scam us.. yes I will continue to use Graf and sons because of their variety, availability, and awesome customer service.”
