I get welcomed every time I walk in the door by friendly staff members, by my first name or sir. I needed some emergency funds, and their loan process was easy, and the money was in my account quickly. I haven't needed their mortgage services yet, but they will at least get a chance when I put up a shop on my rural property.

Even though I don't actually do business at this bank the staff is always so nice. I mostly use drive thru and the set up is different but the blonde girl was still super friendly through the screen. If I ever need a account I would come to this bank first.

The personal attention and sense of family make this a 5 star financial establishment. Being a small business owner FSCB, has been a rock for our new venture. Their entire staff is incredible!
