The staff were somewhat helpful but the prices were a bit much considering their coverage which around here doesn't leave much to be desired

Waited 20 minutes, there was only one employee working, was never greeted upon coming in or acknowledged me in any way. I ended up leaving without getting any help.

Owner has absolutely no business being in customer service. Extremely rude and judgemental person. Will never use cricket mobile again, as she completely ruined the experience.

Worst service I’ve dealt with. Told me I had to go to the Columbia store to reset my phone. I then was informed they lied to me and that every store can reset phones. Both people working were lazy, hateful and had no business working in customer service.

The worst customer service ever. They messed up both of my phones then wanted to charge me to fix them. The girl who messed them up refused to call and get help to fix them. Stay away from this store until they fire the problem they have working there.

Drove 45 mins to this store as they were only one anywhere near me with phone my daughter wanted in stock. Called to verify they had it and the price. Get there and suddenly the price after taxes is almost $10 more than online (that's a whole other review) and the lady tells me as I'm pulling up the email saved online to show store that "they are not Walmart and don't have to honor the cricket website prices" this of course after she has gone on more about fact she has a headache then helping with the phones. Needless to say we left without a phone and I will never go back to that store if I even keep my 15+ years cricket account after this ordeal. Only give 1 star because won't let me post with none which in my opinion this lady doesn't deserve even 1

My stepson went there for new service with "bring your own phone", signed up for auto pay, payed up front for new service. The sales person never got it to work. After 90 minutes of being on the phone with customer service (and getting nowhere) we asked for a refund. She stated that they didn't give refunds. We ended up disputing the charge and changed bank accounts to insure they wouldn't try to charge him. Absolutely avoid these thieves

Taylor was super helpful and very patient with me. I normally don't get the bundles offered at the store locations, but she was quick to suggest one that would get me the phone I choose (at a discount) plus case and screen protector. Thank you Taylor.

I've been coming to this store for a little over a year. The employees are nice but undereducated about the products and services. Called about my phone giving me difficulties after just buying it 7days earlier. The lady had no clue how the warranties worked or even what to do for me. I was told to call back in a couple if hours. tired of the poor customer service will be going to another store

I came in yesterday the 26th walked up to the counter This girl was so nervous that she couldn't do it by herself being new but I tell you that if she didn't know her job she faked till she made it .. that was amazing you knew she probably was nervous but she showed confidence in her ability to perform the job . Great and outstanding customer service.. I walked in upset due to a online order..but she completely gave me back 100% faith back ... I promise u I don't know but I wanted to encourage her that she should never doubt herself Thank you Kayla ( I think that was her name I bad at names ).. you changed my day for me .. I was upset but left happy again thank u Glenda
