This commerce bank has rarely been helpful when I have needed them. Their lobby is never open on the weekends. I can’t go on my lunches because I work out of town. Any request I have for them always seems too complicated for simple asks. They seem to always be very unorganized or lack customer service when a customer asks a simple question.

They cancel my card without any kind of reason! Instead of trying to help me they left me out my car for 45 minutes on the hot car while they played

Very disappointed with this bank, they have continuously charged my account for being negative even though it wasn’t in the negatives and given me other costly fees for seemingly no reason. I also had fraud charges while I was away at basic training/AIT and once I was ableto find out I reported it, got a new card, but some fraud charges continued. Went to close the account yesterday, I checked the amount before going in and it was definitely in the positive amount. I went in and it was somehow negative $3, I gave them a $20 and said take what you need, give me the change, then close my account. The lady took the $20 gave me the change and then said she closed my account. Now my account that was supposedly closed is negative 99 cents, and I can’t access the app to prove this is even accurate since it says to me it was closed. I am so annoyed will not recommend this bank to anyone and everyone looking to join I will highly advise against. Very disappointed and only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review.

I don't care for being rushed at when walking into this location. It's almost as if they think anyone walking in is going to rob them. They closed off two drive thru lanes which causes lines of cars to backup. Also, they keep changing their hours and just become increasingly inconvenient. Closed on Saturdays.

Overall I liked Commerce bank. However I reported some fraudulent charges and was told my account was frozen. So I did not use my account only to find out they closed my account and did nothing about the charges, because they stated nobody put notes in the system about it but blocked transactions, then refused to open my account back up. Very disappointed.
