I ordered a part from this dealership and their parts manager called me and told me that he thought that the part did not fit my vehicle, even though the VW website said that it did using a VIN lookup. The part came in and was missing pieces, and was used. The parts person who was working the counter told me that he didn't have access to refund the money that was already taken from my checking account. I asked for a manager and was summarily dismissed. I called the front desk and asked to speak to a manager, and was summarily ignored. I asked the very indifferent parts counter person if he could order the one I originally ordered and paid for and he told me that he had done so without touching hia terminal. So I asked to see the screen and pointed out that the order had not in fact been entered and his response was that all of the orders go in at once at 11am. Really? So I went to the front desk and proceeded to try to speak to someone in charge, what I got was some tough guy named berry telling me to leave. Now. I have purchased a 2014 jetta from them, a 2017 honda civic from machens and a 2018 jetta. And I am swept away like so much dirt? They TRUELY could not care any less about their customers. Even though I have spent over $80,000 with them, still treated with distain. I have no $236 part, and was thrown out like a vagrant. First, I want to speak to someone high up in the company next I want an apology from tough guy berry, and I want a FULL refund.
